While the first snow falls in Russia, the Drilling Innovation Company gets to know Vietnam.
From November 14 to 16, the city of Hanoi (Socialist Republic of Vietnam) hosted the International Industrial Exhibition Expo-Russia Vietnam - 2019.
The exhibition is held at the highest level for the third time with the goal of developing economic, scientific, technical, cultural, political cooperation between the Russian Federation and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, strengthening ties between countries, developing joint business, trade, economic and investment relations.
For the first time, the Inter-Regional Vietnam-Russian Business Forum was organized at the exhibition venue, in which senior officials of Vietnamese government agencies, large manufacturing enterprises, small and medium-sized businesses, employees of foreign embassies and trade missions accredited in Hanoi took part.
In addition to the Business Forum, within the framework of the business program, round tables were very productive and useful for all parties, at which the state and prospects of development of Russian-Vietnamese cooperation in medicine and pharmaceuticals, energy, construction, and agriculture were discussed.
In our free time from Expo-Russia Vietnam, we managed to attend another event - OIL & GAS VIETNAM (OGAV) 2019 - the 7th International Exhibition of the Oil and Gas Industry.
The main thematic sections here were: exploration, geology; construction and operation of oil wells; equipment for production and drilling; lifting equipment; petrochemistry; pumps, compressors, pipe fittings; pipes and pipelines; control and automation systems; monitoring; repair work; security systems; IT technologies, etc.
As part of our trip, we managed to meet with the Vietnamese drilling companies, make a presentation and discuss possible prospects for cooperation.
Both exhibitions served as a good platform for communication between producers and buyers and for gaining valuable acquaintances. In general, the events were useful and provided a good opportunity to exchange experiences and find out additional information about the state of the market.
