On December 6th -9th, 2012 our specialists cut the window with application of BS-178 whipstock. This job was the real test for us and our equipment. The matter is that the job was conducted by our new technologist and the window was cut through two casings.

7” thick –wall production and 9-5/8” intermediate casings was made from Q-125 high-duty steel. The task looked complicate. Because initially the Customer had planned to pump the cement after cutting a window in first casing .

Our specialists successfully handled with this problem. And also our equipment. During window cutting (10 ft.) and drilling of rat hole (17.2 ft.) the wear of our mills was 0.004 in. 6” tricone bit and down hole motor with big twist angle passed through the window without any problem.

The Customer is happy with provided services.
