The window cuttung in a 6-5/8" casing was carried out by DI specialists at the Customer’s site. International service at this site apparently contributed to the efficiency and well-coordinated work at the rig.

All stages of the operations: assembling equipment at the wellhead, orienting the whipstock using a small-sized gyroscopic inclinometer in geographic azimuth, cutting out a window in the casing and drilling of a 4m long technical pocket took place as usual, even ahead of the phased well construction schedule.

Successful drilling of a horizontal well is currently underway.
